    Finding the Emancipated Teen
I am doing a research paper on Emancipation of Minors in PA and I actually need a few answers from someone who has actually been through the emancipation process. Is there any way I can directly contact the guy you (CBG & CYJEFF) stated has been emancipated already? It's imperative that I am able to do some type of mini-interview to receive a passing grade on this paper, whether it's over the internet, phone, IM...whatever! Help?

I'll ask him if he will be willing, but I won't give out his contact info without his permission. Stand by... :)

Blake gave me permission to give out his AIM screen name, and the address to his blog.

I won't post the screen name but kay, if you contact me by PM I'll give it to you. This is the blog address.

He says most everything is in his blog and he isn't sure how much more help he can be. If it's really for a school paper and not just someone looking for loopholes he'll try. However, he has minimal availability because he's working and can only be online when he's at the library. He left this info for me today and says he likely will not be on line again before Monday.

    Ya know...

I know these are tough times... but do you think he would mind if a couple of us old folks set up an emergency fund for him?

This is one kid that deserves to make it... and has pulled himself up despite some pretty incredible odds.

Count me in; I'm not as old as you two but hey, age discrimination doesn't fly here right

Seriously though; Lord knows if it happened to me or the other 'dedicated' members here, we'd sure hope that someone would do the same for us.

PM me if I can help.
