Divorce where an unfaithful spouse wants alimony
I just found out my husband was having an affair with [his boss]. I have also found out that he has been screwing around with someone else. he finally admitted to me that he was having two affairs at once. now he does not have a job, i have been supporting him since we got married and he did work here and there. i put him through emt school and he worked for awhile then quit emas because of some problems there. he went back to emas a few months ago, then he started working dispatch there while he was going to paramedic school. he started this affair, who knows for how long, then the other affair. he starting slipping behind in the program which i was paying for and supporting him as he only worked two weekends a month. when i found out about the affair and was in the process of leaving him, he quit his job and then quit school because he was being reprimanded. Now i am going to file for divorce and he knows it but he is going to try to stop it and one way is asking for spousal support. I want to name his two girlfriends for allienation of affection or something to prevent him from getting support. i dont think i should have to pay for him after all it was his fault. any advice????? email at kchloe212@aol.com thanks

    Mr. Knowitall
    Alienation of Affection
The laws of alienation of affection vary by state - only a handful of states permit such actions.

If your husband is losing jobs due to misconduct on the job, that could weigh against his desire for spousal support.
