    Hmmm. Is Wisconsin like this? I had to deal with this last year.... very shortly after writing a complaint that would lead to a shift manager being discharged. Basically, my review average went from exceptional to needs improvement, even in such things as performance, which has stats posted up on the bulletin board weekly proving that is a complete, incontrovertibly inaccurate lie. I asked the boss about it, and he threw me utter BS, such as "one of the managers mistook the choices of 1-5 and reversed them, there is another worker with a very inaccurate review, etc." so what I did was made sure to take the performance spreadsheet and copy it every single week, when said boss would notice. It was a risk, but apparently it paid off, because I am still here.

    Wisconsin IS one of the states where the employee has the guaranteed right of rebuttal. Missouri is not.
