Summons with Wrong Case Information

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Florida

I received a summons and, aside from the first two pages with my name, the rest of the paper work is someone else's name and information. I believe I know what it is for but don't really have the exact information I need to follow up. What do I do now?

It sounds like a clerical error. If you're named in the caption, you're the one who has been sued. If you truly don't understand the lawsuit, you can bring a motion with the court for the complaint to be clarified.
