Visitation Papers

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: ohio

So quick question my boyfriend is currently trying to serve his ex girlfriend with child visitation papers. Im wondering what happens if she happens to be able to dodge being served. Will this keep him from being able to get visitation or is the other steps that can be taken if they cannot get her served. She doesn't let him see them often and he thinks she is going to try and move to another state.

There are steps that can be taken if the other party is deliberately refusing to be served.

Your BF should get a quick consult with a local attorney to find out what is required.

Thanks for taking your time to reply. I was just trying to see if I could get a few examples of things that would be done. Just so we could be a little better prepared we will be meeting with an attorney shortly and i was hoping i could get an idea of what to ecpect.
