good . make sure to check the record and get this off his record. See expungement/sealing a record.

Thank you. I just checked the public records for the court and all information has been removed. I am writing a letter to the store to make sure that this has not been put on any retail shoplifting list (as mentioned on this site).

My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA
I was in a retail store in phila pa. I have recently become disabled and am on a very limited income. I have never done this before.
I took 2 shirts into a dressing room removed the tags and put the shirts on under my clothes I felt very embarrassed and and felt like I was caught.
I then admitted to the store clerk I had the shirts on but was imbarresed and could not even look at him.
He said to not embarrass me further to leave the merchandise behind the store and he would then have someone else collect the merchandise.
I went to the rear of the store took off the shirts and put them in the rear of the store. I waited and after a minute I began to start to walk away without the shirts. I saw a guy appear with a flashlight in broad daylight. I began to get nervous as I was not sure what was going on. he didnt say anything to me. I started to walk back to the shirts he then saw me and the shirts and walked away. I then walked back to the front of the store a drove away. They copied my tag #. What can happen now
I am very paranoid. I made a terrible decision and couldnt do it. It just seemed odd the way it was done. I left the shirts and no it was wrong am I facing any trouble. I got the feeling that all he wanted was the merchandise back but they copied my license plate any feed back
