Emancipation with Parents on Drugs

my mom is a coke addict and it is stressful and harmful to me(mentally)
i try detaching myself and im drawn back in
because its my mother!
my step-dad is a pot head and doesnt really help her . just gets mad! and yells at my brother and i!
i moved to my moms in july! and i hate it!
i was living with my dad. but he had to move out w/ he wife and 3 kids!
now he cant help me!
my grandmother wants to help but my grandfather wants nothing to do with us!
my family is un able!

i want to get emancipated
and take myt brother too!

one of my questions is i get welfare and i want to know if i can still get my check!

i need some suggestions!!!!

As indicated here, normally to successfully emancipate you must be able to support yourself. If you need welfare benefits, you probably can't establish that element.
