Prior Divorce, then Living Together, Can I Take Vehicles in His Name
My question involves divorce in the State of: Oregon
My ex-husband and I were divorced, there were no assets awarded/addressed in the divorce. After this, we lived together. Due to domestic violence issues I was forced to leave the relationship. I am in possession of a car and motorcycle that are in solely his name that he acquired prior to our marriage. Can he come after me on a criminal charge for taking these vehicles, or is this a strictly civil matter?

He could try. I can't promise you what the police will do.
Needless to say, you can't drive a car and a motorcycle at the same time, so you're not doing yourself any favors by trying to take both.
Work on getting your own transportation, so you can return his vehicles.
