Collection Against a Client In Bankruptcy
Our client owes us $2,200. and filed Chapter 11 BK. Our client failed to list us as a creditor and the bar date has already passed (10/2005). Do we have any recourse to collect the debt?

Failure to Include a Creditor in Bankruptcy
Normally a creditor who is not listed by a bankruptcy petitioner, and thus whose account is not resolved through the bankruptcy proceeding, can attempt to collect the entire debt.
