i was wondering where in San Antonio Texas (Bexar county) can I get the required documents for the emancipation, like who when where and how,..... also once i am emancipated would i be able to aquire a marriage lisence??

You may wish to start by inquiring with the Bexar County Courts, which may have standard form petitions available. If they don't, you may be able to obtain a copy of a case file from a prior emancipation case to use as a model.
If you are emancipated you shouldn't require parental approval to obtain a marriage license, but you may still require court approval. The County Clerk should be able to clarify the post-emancipation application process.
