    Missouri's Emancipation Law
It was stated that if a change in marital status were to occur, then emancipation would be allowed in the state of missouri...Would I have to travel to missouri to get married in that state or could my fiance (shes coming to idaho for spring break, idaho is where I reside) and I get married here instead? I'd also like to know what idaho's emancipation laws are if thats possible. Also since my fiance lives in missouri and is only going to be here in idaho for about a week, would this cause any issues by traveling back to missouri and signing for emancipation? Also (and I'm sorry theres so many questions) how long would the emancipation process take?

    thanks for your time,
    Cody

well in the statutes that you replyed to me, it said that if a change in status were to occur (such as joining the armed forces or becomeing married) then the person could become emancipated without any sort of parental consent...is this correct? - this is how i understood it any way

Lawful marriage should result in automatic emancipation.
