My Speeding Ticket Case Status Says "PRIOR"
My question involves traffic court in the State of: California

My information from LA superior court says below:

    Law Enforcement Agency:
    California Highway Patrol
    Name: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    Court: Bellflower Courthouse
10025 East Flower Street, Bellflower, CA 90706
    (213) 763-1646
    Violation Date: 03/31/2008
    Initial Due Date: 07/09/2008
    Case Status: Prior
    Disposition: Fine paid on 11/25/2008
    Last Action: Court appearance
    Last Action/
New Appearance Date: 12/23/2008 in CLK

Does any know what this means? Paid my fine in September 2008. Mailed my TBD (October 6, 08) and I haven't received anything back from the mail. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt of TBD.

I got two tickets during that month of March 2008 - which sucks. considering 80 on 65 zone freeway is really nothing. So first ticket, I took traffic school and status says dismissed. The above is my 2nd ticket - which I have no clue or whatsoever what it means..

Plus I got another ticket this morning driving on the local street, which again sucks. So I am in desperation now to get this one resolved so I can take care of my other new ticket.

Anybody? Help? Please? What does PRIOR typically means? and How come I have not received any acknowledgment of receipt for my TBD?

Would appreciate insights on this. Thanks..
