How Do I File for Custody

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida

I was wondering how do I file for custody of my daughter in the state of Florida and allow her father to visit her because there has been a lot of going back and forth and I just want the issue done and over with? Also want a no contact order were he cannot contact me at all and he picks her up froma public place from my mom or dad.

For the no contact order, you have to be able to prove that he presents a danger to you. If you cannot prove that, you will not be able to get a no contact order.
