Can a Probation Officer Do Things Outside of Sentencing Conditions
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington

I was sentenced to probation and received a sentencing form and a rights, conditions, and warnings form. The two forms detail what I can expect on probation. My question is:

Can my probation officer require me to do things outside of what those documents require me to do?

    Example:

My documents warn that I may be required to do jumping jacks in front of my probation officer.

During a visit with my probation officer, s/he asks that I do push ups. My documents handed me at sentencing did not state that I may be required to do push ups.

    Can I refuse?

If I do refuse, and I am immediately taken to jail and a violation hearing is set, will I stand a good chance of winning? Or can/would the judge then set push ups as a requirement of my probation?

Are you asking "for real", or are you just making stuff up? Are push-ups the "for real" thing your P.O. wants you to do.
