    Can Attorney Pay H1B Application Fees
    My company wont pay for any application fees for h1b my attorney told me that an attorney can pay all visa application fees ($1500, $500, $320) on behalf of your employer and i can pay those fees to the attorney.. is this legal? your advise in this matter will be appreciated...

    This is your lawyer or your employer's lawyer?

    If this is a new H1B and your employer is trying to make you pay the application fees or its own attorney fees, that's improper. Your employer can pay the USCIS fees through the lawyer, but they can't shift that burden to you by trying to transform it into a "legal fee" owed by you.
