PC 484 Charge in California

Hey Everyone,

I need help, I was caught shoplifting last month, merchandise for about 120$, I was not arrested, I just got a citation with a court date on it, before this my record is crystal clear, I don’t even have a driving ticket or anything of that sort, what is going to happen? How can I remove this from my record so I wont have a problem getting a good job?

PS:- I got cited for 484 PC mesdimenor in CA
