My question involves court procedures for the state of: LA
In the divorce and custody case we had a hearing and then filed for an Appeal. The Appeal results just came back and it is 34 pages. There is twisted information in there. For example, at the hearing my ex-husbnad said that I yelled at the police officer but in the appelate decision it is turned into "She physically harmed the police officer." That's what they wrote. Nothing like that was ever said at the hearing or shown at all because nothing like that ever happened. There is a lot of discrepancies like that in there. Now it is going to be a part of public information - it is going to the in Southern Reporter, on-line, the decision will be cited, etc. What can I do to correct the Appelate court's mistakes?
Thank you.
