H Visas: H1B Transfer

Hi Guys,
I have a current offer pending with Company B. One of the criteria for H1B Transfer is giving the latest resume. My resume is latest but I did a lot of changes (All Genuine) to make my qualifications better including an PMP certification.

I also added my MBA outsourced projects in my work experience (Since I got paid for it) etc. That is a lot different from the resume originally submitted for my initial H1B petition.

Is that a cause of concern for me? Since I have not changed my employer till date after 1st H1B, I am a little concerned and dont know the regulations.

I heard the resumes go only till the lawyer and then the lawyer submits a Bio of the candidate and not really the resume.

Please clarify and suggest best methods. Thanking you in advance
