If I Go to Court for F.T.A., Will They Arrest Me
My question involves traffic court in the State of: california
actually i have two failure to appears. both for driving without a license. each time i ended up in county jail and was cited out with a new court date, but i never went to either of them. now i want to go into the court so i can get this all resolved and i would like to know what i should expect.
if you have any thoughts or experiences with this shituation and would like to share them with me, i would greatly appreciate it.

Re: If I Go to Court for F.t.a., Will They Arrest Me
If you've failed to appear, odds are good that there's already a warrant out for your arrest, and every time you step out your front door there's the possibility that today will be the day that some random encounter will find you in the back of a police car.
Your best bet is to get with your attorney and let them work out the details for you to be able to turn yourself in and appear before the court with as little "in custody" time as possible.
