Violent execution of eviction by Las Vegas Constable
A good friend of mine and his grandmother were 3 months behind on their rent and served with an eviction by the Las Vegas Constable Office.

For approx an hour they were outside of their home with no apparent signs of being any type of law enforcement but were wearing guns. My friend telephoned the police dept and stayed inside. Once the men started to bang on the door my friend told them that he had called the police and they instructed him that they were the police but refused to show a badge or any type of identification but insisted that the door be opened and then proceeded to kick the door in and came in with weapons drawn and pointed in his direction and instructed him to "get down" and questioned about others in the home, his grandmother turned the corner to a gun in her face and instructed also to get on the floor. At no time was any indentification shown and it wasn't until after leaving and calling the police again that they found out who in fact executed the eviction.

Neither him or his grandmother have a criminal history of any kind. I find it hard to believe that such a violent act and refussal to provide indentification can be tolerated in this country. At no time did either of them attempt to resist except for the request for identification when they demanded entry. :?

Searching on the internet I have found a few examples of others that have also been treated in this manner by the Constable office of Las Vegas. Any opinions on this manner will be greatly appreciated. Ty
