Is It Possible to Get Emancipated at 16

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: New Jersey.

I am now currently living with my parents. I am 16 years old, about to be 17. For the past like 4 years my parents were using drugs and before that my older brother sister and i were hit a lot by my father.
My parents had stopped there drugs when we were taken out of the home by dyphis last february. My little brother, sister and i were living with my grandparents from Feburary till september of 08. this were ok there living there like i was a teenager i didnt have to worries of being a parent to my 11 year old brother..
well i am now back home with my parents and they still have been clean but they still are treating me like crap. I am called names like a cunt, whore, bitch, slut and many others. i have been hit by my mom and close to being hit by my father..

My sister is 18 now and pregnate and her and my parents have the best relationship.. they tell each other everything and my sister tells my mom everythign i say to her and things that arent true.

I feel like im at my end i cant take much more of this and dyphis wont help they said that because i dont have a mark on my face or proof that she hit me that theres nothing they can do... they said that the verbal and mental abuse is nothing.
i just feel like my strength to deal with all this is up i cant take much more. i have been through sooo much that im tired.
my parents just make me want to give up sometimes.. like i dont know what to do or where to turn..
my grandparents are trying to get costody of me but dyphis wont let them unless my parents give it to them and they wont and honestly i dont think that i can last another year and a half living with my parents and having to deal wit all the abuse and now that dyphis wont help i decided to look into emancipation. i feel that this is my only way out. my only way to keep me in the right tack and get me away from the abuse..


i have been looking up on the net for things about it but i cant find anything for new jersey. i just need something...
