Is It Possible for Me to Get Emanipated
My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Illinois
I am turning 17 this summer coming up soon and i have a full time job already guaranteed to me by the owner of the business all i am waiting for is some money to fix my car. and the situation at home is horrible my mother is verbally abusive and tensions between my father and I are tightening. i also have a place to stay laid out. i will have a job, a way to get to work, and a place to stay, and i am capable of taking care of myself. just my parents will never agree to sign me off. is there a way around this?

My mother is always yelling at me calling me "a worthless piece of sh**" and telling me she cannot wait for me to get out of the house but never consents to me leaving.
my father on the other hand is always telling me "I'm wasting my life and i am also "f****ing" up his life in the process"
I was in scouts for years i know how to cook and clean and work hard for my money. luckily my uncle has had work for me recently so i will have my car fixed and get a job. within a month at most.

The process for emancipation in Illinois must be started by your parents. If they're not willing to do so, you're dead in the water. If you don't have a solid work history (at least 6 months) to the point where you have pay check stubs to produce in court showing that you make MORE than enough to cover rent, utlities, health insurance (yes, this will be required), transportation, clothes, food, etc., you'd be dead in the water even if your parents approved.
