My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arkansas
I'm not quite sure where to put this. I am rather desperate. My fiance and his ex girlfriend have a son together and I've had to go through hell with baby momma drama. This woman has harassed me and threatened me for months and now she's dragging her two year old son into it. She is coaching him to hit me, pull my hair, and scream and cry whenever I'm around. It's worse because I'm pregnant and she's instructing him to punch my belly. I am scared to punish him because I'm positive she'll charge me with child abuse. I know that she's coaching him because he'll say things like "punch Shanna." and he'll hit me or say thing's like "hurt the baby," right before he'll hit me. He has a habit of repeating stuff he hears at his mother's house, like he'll sit by himself and start mumbling things, and I've begun to listen and this is stuff he's being told, because no two year old come up with the stuff he says. She's also been coaching the child to call my fiance Michael, or call him sperm donor and is teaching him to say that Michael is not his father and that her new boyfriend is. This is an extremely childish woman and I'm at my wit's end with her. and now the stepson that I've grown to love is becoming an enemy so to say, what legal grounds do I have? What could she possibly be charged with? Friends have told me that when my fiance has him for his visitation, to leave for the weekend (fiance gets stepson on weekends.). But I AM NOT going to let a two year old, nor his nasty mother, run me out of MY house.
