My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida/international...met a woman online. Her profile stated she was 34, and had a photo ..looked right.
Sent a hello and she answered back that night.
Go on a chat and the second thing she asked me was if i wanted to see her naked, (I did not in any way bring up this, she was very forward about it).... she looked like a very beautiful young 34, webcam not HD and looked soft focus.
Lives overseas and told me about her job, life and travel.
Never have gotten a good clean photo of her yet. After a few days of watching her entertain herself on cam, she tells me she lied to me and she was really 15, and lived overseas. (she doesnt look 15 in any way.... more like mid 20's on the cam)Had sex with only 2 other men since she was 13, both over 40. (one in the states, the first one she had sex with at 13, and this went on for a few months, and an american she met online she met in her country for a week when she was 14)
I tried to break it off, turned off the cam (she was always naked on cam)but enjoyed talking to her alot.
She will be 16 soon and her family comes to the states for the summer. There has been no sex other then over the web. I would like to meet her when she is in the states this summer (she will be 16 then) but not for sex...although she talks about living with me. I have explained about age of consent and age of majority to her, ( they are the same in her country as in the US) but she wants to be with me and wants to get her parents permission to live with me when they leave at the end of summer. I know I need to just go away, but I am taken by her. I told her I would like to meet her and her parents (who know nothing of her sex life), but she would have to wait until she was 18 for anything more to happen....am I fcked?

Yes, you are. And if you don't want to be that way to a greater extent in Florida's less than enjoyeable prison system, you need to throw the web cam in the trash and get yourself to some serious counseling before you commit any FURTHER acts which could see you placed out of reach of minors for a very long time. Just with the activity that's happened so far, you could be charged with multiple felonies. Florida will nail you to the wall over predatory interest in a child (and no, it doesn't matter that the CHILD in this situation started it, wants it, or begs and pleads for it...even if her parents consent), and the Feds will be in line right behind them. Get offline and go get yourself some help while you still can.

Attempted solicitation/solicitation of a minor is a FELONY! Being a child molester for solicitation is the same as going there and raping the child. Statutory rape is rape.

Stick with women your own age even if they aren't young and nubile; when I was 23 I spent some interesting time with a 43 year old. There was a 20 year age spread but we were both consenting adults. A 50 year old and a 21 or 23 or 30 year old might be a little creepy, but it's legal and you can legally enjoy a glass of wine together and think about your golden years as she waits for you to drop of a heartattack so she can nab your estate.
...and the girl you are talking to might be fronted by a Nigerian scam artist. They are starting to use young actors and webcams!

ok, not to be the bad guy but sexual penetration is illegal in Florida with a person under 18 but other types of situations may be legal, depending exactly what we are talking about, as long as the person is 16 or older.
Ignorance or mistake of age is not a defense in most situations in Florida.
BUT;
regardless of the legalities; you are one sick **** if, at over 50 yo, you want anything to do with a 16 yo kid.
regardless what your mental age is, you need to find somebody a lot closer to your physical age.

(3) IGNORANCE OR BELIEF OF VICTIM'S AGE.--The perpetrator's ignorance of the victim's age, the victim's misrepresentation of his or her age, or the perpetrator's bona fide belief of the victim's age cannot be raised as a defense in a prosecution under this section.
(4) LEWD OR LASCIVIOUS BATTERY.--A person who:
(a) Engages in sexual activity with a person 12 years of age or older but less than 16 years of age; or
(b) Encourages, forces, or entices any person less than 16 years of age to engage in sadomasochistic abuse, sexual bestiality, prostitution, or any other act involving sexual activity
commits lewd or lascivious battery, a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
