    Suspended License and Marijuana Charge
My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Florida

I am on 6 months probation already, but in November I was given an NTA for driving w/suspended license (habitual offender) and Poss. of Marijuana 20g or less... I missed my court date on 1/14 and I was able to reschedule it for 2/10... but when I went to reschedule they said I had a warrant for failure to appear. Will I be arrested when I go to court? I'm not sure if my probation officer has filed the VOP warrant yet, and I currently have an open felony case (it happened 12/29) for grand theft... ($600 worth of merchandise from a Sam's Club)... I'm out on a $1500 bond. Although on that case the state attorney hasn't filed the charges yet. (but it still means another VOP)... Is there anyway I can walk out of that court on 2/10 a free man, or will I be arrested regaurdless... I mean I have three possible warrants floating around so I don't know what the outcome will be. and I already had 2 misdemeanors in the past, which is why I'm on probation. Will the judge tell me what will happen to me before I plead guilty or not guilty? If I plead not guilty to the suspended license and marijuana will I be placed in jail until my court date? If I go to court will they arrest me on my VOP warrants? Will the felony case affect this case? Please Help....

No one here has a crystal ball to predict what will and will not happen to you when you go into court. You need an attorney. All of your offenses will come into play here. You don't even know what the warrent is for, so how are we supposed to know?

You can expect that your VOP will count against you as well.
