She'll do her time and I hope she'll understand she must obey the court. But I don't understand why the judge thought sexual encounters with an adult wasn't appropriate. Is masturbation better ?

The judge just has to agree that she volaited the rules of her probation.Which she did,I don't think she should be sent to jail for sleeping w. an adult. If you disobey any of the rules of your probation there a chance of going back to jail.

In the future she if meets a guy she intrested in she has to nofity her po,it sucks but she gotta do that until she is off probation.
