Arrested for Shoplifting in Sears
My question involves criminal law for the state of:
i was recently arrested for shoplifting at sears (which was of course superstupid) anyway, the stuff was worth around $240...and i was charged with 720 5/16a3a... watever that is?? and have a court date on feb 24th.i cant afford an attorney....and am asking wat i should do now? and wat the worst scenario is?? and wat the 720 5....all means?

That's a statute, probably an Illinois statute in which case you can look it up here, but I'm not going to try to expend time following up on a guess - as you were told when you posted, you have to identify your state.
