How to get emancipated

I'm soon to be 15 and I'm living in Toronto. I hate living with my parents. They are getting a divorce, my dad's an alcoholic and I can't stnd my mom. I want to know how I go about getting emancipated and when and how I can go about doing this. Please help as I can't stand the way things are goining for me right now.

From what I have read, a lot of sources suggest that in Canada a minor can set up an independent household at the age of 16 without going through an emancipation process. However I have not found any official source or confirmation of that information.
