I have a friend who is residing in Utah right now with his dad. But his mom wants back custody of him and he wants to live with her. But his father won't let him. His mother lives in Ohio. I looked up the emancipation laws for Ohio and Utah, they both say emancipation isn't available. What is possible for his mother or him to do? He is 17, and will be 18 in November. I am really looking for an answer to this...
