H1B Transfer and Verification of Job History

Hi All,

I understand that to transfer my H1B Visa INS needs following documents:

# One or two latest pay stubs.
# Copy of your existing H1 approval.
# Passport copies.
# Copies of I-94 records.
# Copy of SSN.
# Latest Resume.
# Copy of existing valid visa.
# Copy of all your Diploma/Degrees.

I have all of the documents mentioned above but my concern is about my resume does INS really checks your resume and thoroughly compares it with what you deposited before? I am asking you this because my current resume is different from what I sent to INS while applying for H1B.

If you made false statements on your CV, or what the USCIS may construe as false statements, I would urge you to retain an immigration lawyer to advise you.
