Such a thing is possible, but not probable.

Colorado has all the people it wants and needs on parole/probation; times are tough; they don't need more.

You should start by discussing this with your probation officer. Your probation officer's approval and cooperation, and prompt initiation of the process, makes it more likely to occur. When things go smoothly, the process can easily take four or more months to complete, so delay isn't your friend.

i have talked to my parole officer and told him my situation, his answer was no!, end of conversation on that matter. is it possible my ex wife could do some foot work from her end? would it help any perhaps getting a letter of some sort from her branch of service? also i have been on good standings with my parole conditions, (random drug testing, working and staying out of trouble) i cant understand why or how could they denie me wanting to take care of my child. and if i didnt give finacial support to my child, well that would be another forum.

Your ex-wife has nothing to do with this. It's up to your parole officer or, failing that the sentencing court - and the sentencing court almost always follows the recommendation of the probation officer. Consult your criminal defense lawyer.
