A Book Dedicates a Chapter to My Profile Without My Authorization
For almost 20 years a book, published in New York and London, has been circulating around the world with a chapter dedicated to my profile, biographic information, my picture, political and personal medical data, etc. Two authors, a famous university and a civil institutions takes credit for the book in the book cover. I have never authorized my inclusion in the book and the information was obtained by deceptive means. Currently, the book is still on sale on the web pages of main book retailers and wholesalers. The people behind and responsible for the book are well connected in Washington (Department of State, CIA, White House) They pretend to denounce abuses around the world (their masquerade)-when in fact it is a way of making a luxurious way of living. My question: what’s the legal ground for a suit and in what type of court? During many years I have been battling mental illness, which the book describe in details, and I have been unable to occupy my mind with this issue. I have just been concentrating my energies to survive.

You haven't done anything for 20 years? Then odds are the statute of limitations has run. Consult a lawyer to see if any exception may apply, given your history of mental illness. Laws are different in each state and country.
