What Are the Rights of an Emancipated Minor
My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Colorado

I'm looking to be emancipated in a few months when i graduate from high school(i'll be 4 months from 18 when the date i need to be emancipated from). The reason being is i have a Job that's been offered, but i have to be 18, and by the time i can accept it, the job will be given to someone else. Also the Job has a lot to do with traveling to other countries.
So my only option(or so i thought) was to be emancipated, but in Colorado, it looks as if i can only be emancipated if i have extreme home problems. My parents would both consent to the emancipation and if i got the job(short term, 6 months to a year and i already have a job but i'd quit that one for the one i need to be emancipated for), it would help me earn money so i could go to college.

first question) would the fact that i have a good job, and parent's consent allow me to be emancipated(especially in CO?)
The second) If the company states that it only hires 18 year olds and its international, would my emancipation allow me to be considered for the job or even recognized in other countries?(the Job has nothing to do with handling alcohol, tobacco, or any other things i can sell as an 18 year old)

Lastly, i will only attempt to be emancipated IF i get the Job, So if CO, doesn't allow me to become emancipated and get a work visa a few months before i am 18 then no need to answer the questions.

Emancipation does not free you from other age-related laws. An emancipated minor cannot vote, cannot buy or use tobacco or alcohol, cannot drop out of school, etc., until they reach the age for which it is legal for a non-emancipated minor to do so.

Therefore, if the company will only hire those who are 18 or older, emancipation will not make any difference. They would have no obligation to consider you for the job, and certainly none to hire you. (They would have no such obligations even if you were 18.)
