Marijuana Charge

My question involves criminal law for the state of:

I WAS ON PROBATION FOR A MISDEMENER MARJUWANA CHARGE AND VOP BCUZ I WAS AROUND PEOPLE WHO HAD MARJUWANA ON THEM IN THE CAR SOO I GOT ARRESTED MY VOP COURT DATE IS COMING UP BUT IM NOT ON PROBATION NOMORE WHAT CAN THEY DO TO ME.NOW THAT IM NOT ON PROBATION....
what i heard was they cant convict me for the VOP if im not on probation nomoreeee..is this truuu

Was this written in English? :confused:

I'd say that if all they have you is for a VOP and you are not on probation any more, then while they cannot violate you they can certainly hit you with a new charge.
