Suspended for 6 Months Due to Underage Consumption
My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Illinois
I recently got convicted of underage consumption, I went to court and they gave me a fine and told me to attend alcohol classes. After that I was like ok this sucks but oh well, two days after new years I get a letter in the mail telling me my license is going to be suspended for 6 months because of this conviction. I tried to get a Restricted drivers license but they told me to finish my classes first then try to apply for the restricted license. My question is after I finish these classes what are the chances of me being able to apply to have my license fully reinstated and have that granted? If i cant have it fully reinstated then what are the chances of having the restricted DL for school/work?
Re: Suspended for 6 Months Due to Underage Consumption
A full license? C'mon.
What hardship can you document that would justify a restricted license?
