Emancipation

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: iv been looking around on this site for answers because my girlfriend is like alot of the people on here shes treated like shit here parents always take every thing out on her they treat her younger sister like a god no joke they call her a worthliss peace of shit and a whore and if she cryes they come down on her even harder but they will not even raise there voice to her sister but what im asking is iv been looking around and every thing says get married ok we would love to we would probley just get it done in the court house just to get her out then have a better realer one later when we could BUT in order to do that we half to have her parents consent but it will NEVER happen she is 17 great at school but she cant get a job because they will not let her us there car is there eany thing i can do

Without parental consent ther ewill be no marriage and nothing in your post suggest emancipation. Clearly you did not read sticky!

If she does not have a job she cannot support herself. If she cannot support herself she cannot be emancipated.
