Kid Wants To Change Custody

Okay, I Live in Indiana. My Daughter (16) has decided to move in with her dad. But my real problem is that my 12-year-old son wants to move in as well. This is the first time he has ever said anything about it, and he is very determined that he wants to live there. Is he old enough to have a say in it?
