17-Year-Old Caught Stealing from Local Wal-Mart
i stole a 19.99 dollar CRKT knife. i dont know the stores policy on selling knives to those under 18, though i dont know if that would make a differnce. i came into the store with my wallet without my drivers liscence in it, a knife (which i also stole from another store), and enough money to pay for the product. i cut the CRKT knife package open with the knife i brought in, pulled the knife out. and got caught.

what can i expect in court?

I don't know but if I were you, I'd definitely plan on leaving any remaining stolen knives at home when you go to trial....

see, your big problem here is that you actually brought tools into the store to use in the theft.

I am surprised you are not facing burglary charges.

i carry the knife with me everywhere, so its not like a brought it in to steal it. it was just a spur of the moment thing, and i happened to have the knife which made it easier. does that change anything?
