How to Use a Bench Warrant

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

I have a bench warrant against a woman who owes me money, following a car accident. After she repeatedly failed to show up in court, the judge issued a bench warrant against her. Can someone please advise me in how to proceed with this warrant? I was also told that I need have date of birth in order to proceed with this warrant. I do not have this information. What are my options?

Her DOB isn't on the collision report from the accident? Did you try ordering her driving history, as that may also include it.

You don't do anything. You wait until the sheriff finds her and arrests her.

Just wait? How do I know that she will ever be arrested? Do they go to her house?
Is there a procedure wher you pay the sherif department to go to someone's house to arrest them?

No her DOF is not on the report. I did not try to order a drivig history. I should try that. Thanks
