My question involves criminal law for the state of: Indiana
Ok I gave my friend my itouch so they could get songs off of it. Then their parents found out it was from me, so they now hid it from her and wont let her give it back to me. What can I do to get back my personal property from them?

So, why don't you ask for it back? Tell them it's yours and they can't keep your property.
