I would delete/edit my previous post, but I can't figure out how (I'm new here).

Thanks for all your help. I am serious about following the law -- and I have no desire to prey on children.

While I can't find the specific statue which makes it illegal to discuss (in a non-arousing, non-obscene way) the things I listed (many sex ed. books would say some of it, and they're legal for minors), it is probably easier to avoid the whole issue altogether by not posting on forums like that.

    Thanks guys!

Unless you are a medical doctor, you have no business whatsoever advising minor children on sexual matters.

Unless you are a medical doctor, you have no business discussing sexual matters with an unrelated child.

You keep talking about non-arousing and non-sexual... I know of no reason whatsoever to medically ascertain the lengths of the penises in a chat room.

    Please enlighten me.

You must adjust your TOS to the youngest age you allow. Which is why it's not wise for a message board to allow anyone younger then 18 to participate. Don't worry they will just lie and join anyway but you have fulfilled your duties.
