Complaining to the State Bar During Litigation
My question involves malpractice by a lawyer in the state of: PA

if i am currently in the middle of a court case, should i wait till that is done before i file a claim against the opposing attorney with the state bar? if i file it now while in the middle of my case, would that cause problems with my case or possibly delay it more? brief on what is going on, i am beneficiary of my parents estate. estate attorney never filed formal accounting and not all personal items and money were distributed. gone to court to compel accounting and they were given 60 days. they never came up with it and now we have filed contempt of court charges against brother (executor and only other beneficiary other than me) estate attorney has messed up the whole estate and i want to file a claim against him. will that jeopardize my current pending litigation?
