Price Tag Switching, No Police Involved
My question involves criminal law for the state of: IL
this my first and last regert it so much i crie my heart out all the day very depressed and worry it may affect me and my family ,i got caught in tjmax after i paid by the security office they took me back but they told me to say i am giuilty and ther will be no police.

so idid and she told me not to come again and made me sign a paper she filled from my driver license and aslo copied my DL, and she told me to leave,

i asked about whether they will be affecting me in any way she said no it is gonna be in a file in our office, and she did not mention anything at all or even told me about this CD fine thing, now what to expect from them?

does this gonna affect on my record or gonna be in the database of the stores?
can i go shopping around the area or they will notify all the stores around them?how i can find out about the databse record it there a paid service online can chech that?
    thanks

The store may keep a record of the incident. If they participate in a database of known shoplifters, it's possible that you'll be added to the database. We don't have the information necessary to be more specific; realistically, only the store's loss prevention personnel can tell you what they will or will not do with your information.
