19 Year Old, 15 Year Old Girlfriend

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Hello i've a few questions plz answer them. I just turned 19 on oct of 2008 my girl friend is 15 and will be 16 on march of 2009 we have together for 1year and 4 months she lives in Las vegas i live in FL her parents are devorced she will come to FL for christmas till the 3 of jan. Her mom dosent want me to be with her so she will sneek out and i will pick her up and be with her for a few days then drop her back of how much in troble could i get? to mention i was 17 and she was 14 wen we started dating we love each other and are willing to do anything to be with each other can you plz tell me if i can get into troble with the law for this can i get arrested etc..???? i live in FL

Don't be stupid.

Sneaking a 15 year old girl away in direct violation of her parents' direct orders in a state that takes the age of consent (18) as seriously as a heart attack is asking to find yourself in a very small cell with very sweaty men for a very long time.

I i eman i've been to las vegas and sleeped at her house her dad was ok with that she's just never came to my house her parents are not together i'm pretty sure her mom dosent want her to go...

You are not hearing me.

Her parents words, either parent's words, have the force of law upon that child.

Further, that child is under the age of consent in Florida.

By the way, when you "sleeped" at her house, you have already committed statutory rape.

Do you really want to have two states fighting over whom gets to prosecute you first?

Age of consent in Florida is 18.

haha sorry i'm not from here by the way i'm from cuba so is her and her parents =) well thx for the help i'll see what i can do try to convense her mom to allow me to spend some time with her at least dunno dont lose anything by talkin to her

You really don't understand how deep you are.

You have already spent several nights with this girl under her father's roof.

Stupid.

Nothing you do now makes that crime vanish. You can and should be prosecuted for every single time you two, um, sleeped together.

If mom says no contact, I recommend you pretend the little girl died and didn't leave a forwarding address.

You are BEGGING to be arrested... especially when you are going to sneak her away from her mother for several days.

By the way, if any of this has been discussed with the minor before now, you have already committed another series of crimes around soliciting a minor for sex.

This is dumb. RUN away from this girl. She already has you by the neck... and momma will help her squeeze.

Lastly, all of those fun shots of little girl breasts and such you have on your computer and/or cell phone is child pornography and you can go to prison for just possessing it.

If you like the laws in Cuba, I recommend you return there.

Her parents are NOT okay with it.

As I said when you decided to PM me, you have bigger problems on your hands.

You spent four nights with the minor in Las Vegas at Daddy's house, you have been planning your little sexual escapade using email and text messages, you have send sexually explicit messages and pictures through email and text messages, you solicited a minor to cross state lines for a sexual union... etc, etc, etc....

Without even working up the misdemeanors, you are looking at DECADES in prison for what you have already done.

If you had sex with the little girl when she was 14, it all moves uphill.

And now you are planning a little kidnapping so that you can have MORE sex with the child.

This is not something you can write off to "well, in MY country...". That is just crap.
