How my husband can adopt my child in California
My daughters biological father was court ordered to see his daughter every other Sunday supervised by my mother. That was in effect as of April 2005. Since then he had gone to see her twice. He was also ordered to pay child support which I only got for 3 months then havent seen a penny since. My husband who has been taking care of her since she was 1 1/2 years old by providng love, a home, health insurance and so one would love to adopt her cause she calls him daddy and misses him when he goes to work. How can we get his rights revoked since he doent make the effort to see her or call her ever? :?
