How Can I Get Emancipated in Ohio

Hi my name is brittany i live in ohio.I need to get a emancipation done. I cant live at home anymore.i am 15 turning 16 in 6 months. I am always being told to get out of there house for a few days. When i leave they called me in for a runaway. I need to go to court and fight my way out. I got my job for a year and 6 months.I have a place to go.I am going finishing school.

In Ohio you can emancipate through lawful marriage, or through active duty military service. If either ends before you turn 18, you go back to the custody of your parents.

Other than what Aaron cited, there is no other way to become emancipated.
