Potential Legal Action of an Online Retailer
My question involves online purchases. I purchased a poster on an online website as a Christmas gift, but the recipient decided they wanted a different poster. I called the company the next morning and canceled the order, and received a full refund to my Paypal account. However, this morning when I got home, I found that I had received the poster anyway; it must have been shipped before someone caught it. What legal action can the company take if I do not mention that I received the poster even though I have been refunded?

    Fraud charges, most likely.

Why would you even consider not sending it back?

Return it or they can charge you with theft.
