My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Florida
My daughter will be 18 in April 2009. I reviewed my child support order and there is nothing stating about what age to cease child support. I would like to know when she turns 18 does it stop there or can it be stopped or when she graduates in June 2005 from high school.
