What Happens if You Get a Class C Felony for Forging a Government Check
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Missouri
Hello, I was just wondering...
I have a friend who got caught stealing a government check out of someone's mailbox and she got caught forging their name on it and trying to cash it, and they have it as a class C Felony, and she has a warrent out for her arrest, but she hasn't gotten caught yet, and I was just wondering if they would give her any time for that or what would happen to her?

It depends upon the full facts and her prior criminal history. She should consult a criminal defense lawyer.
