I am 16 years old and live in NC and want to get emancipated but I do not have my lisence. If I got emancipated would I be able to just go to the DMV and get my lisence like an 18 year old can?

I don't know of anything in emancipation law which excuses you from standard driver's license laws. To be sure, check with the DMV.
